Manager of development abroad in O.L.KAR.

Requirements for the candidate: Higher education (preferably technical); 3 years of work experience in the field of foreign trade; Knowledge of Incoterms rules and rules for filling out foreign trade documents for customs clearance: invoice, packing list, bill of lading; Level of computer skills, programs: 1C, MS Word, Excel; Foreign languages: English and/or Spanish (priority), Advanced level; Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to manage a team. Duties: Search for new foreign customers for the purpose of selling finished products produced by the company. Preparation and analysis of contracts , conducting business correspondence, negotiations both remotely and live. Preparation of primary documents for customs clearance of goods sent to foreign customers; Conducting marketing research aimed at studying foreign markets, means of safe storage, pricing, positioning of competitors, etc. Preparation of exit strategies foreign markets and fixing the manufacturer's trademark on them; Working with a large amount of information every day; Effective communication with the sales/purchasing/production department regarding timely delivery planning; Presentation of new products and brands to customers; Complete management of transactions with existing customers and control of mutual settlements; Interaction with third-party organizations (carrier companies, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.) to ensure foreign economic activity; Management of document flow from foreign trade operations, including in 1C; Accounting and reporting; Readiness for long-term and permanent business trips abroad at the expense of the company. Working conditions :Employment type — full-time; Comfortable office; ZP based on the results of the interview; Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00.
