Who are we looking for?

Hard skills:

  1. Proficiency in Polish at the C1 level.
  2. Computer proficiency at the level of an advanced user.
  3. Literacy: competent oral and written Ukrainian and Polish.
  4. Ability to communicate with clients: listening and maintaining a conversation, a must have. sense of humor, customer orientation.
  5. Interest in modern IT technologies.

Soft skills:

  1. Ability to self-study and quickly learn in new field.
  2. Desire to help people.
  3. Non-conflict.
  4. Focus on the result.
  5. Work in multitasking mode.

Will be a useful advantage:

Availability of work experience in the IT field in a similar position (customer support department, customer care department, sales and customer support department, personal manager).

If you can do much more - great, it will be easier and you will be able to earn more quickly.

What should be done?

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and make calls to customers independently.
  2. Teach customers the correct and full use of the service.
  3. Propose and assist in the implementation of additional Ringostat tools to solve customer problems.
  4. Communicate with customers to understand their satisfaction with the service.
  5. Proactively and promptly respond to customer problems and solve them.

  1. Payment is the rate + monthly bonus. This means that in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
  2. Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Polish business time.
  3. Opportunity to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of a shutdown
  4. Paid vacation — 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates and 11 public holidays.
  5. Compensation of 50% of professional training: courses, trainings, webinars, etc.
