In order to implement this challenge and scale up the CSR direction at SKELAR, we are looking for a Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility. It is important for us that our candidate:— Covers the work and results of the CSR direction and organizes fundraising events within the company;—Organizes various charity events and initiatives;—Able to plan and coordinate fundraising projects, charity and support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;—Knowed how to search for and receive the best price offers from suppliers in Ukraine and abroad;—Systematically worked with a large amount of data and information;—Communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation. What challenges await:—Development of the charity direction of the company, scaling and launching charity initiatives;—Managing and improving the procurement process and opening employee requests;—Ensuring effective communication and interaction in the team and departments;—Reporting and document circulation for all processes of the fund;—Systematic organization of feedback from the military (videos and photos, thanks, etc.);—Working with documents while assisting the military (filing of requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance and Transfer from the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, accounting documents).
