I am 39 years old, I founded bodocard 11 years ago. This is the first multi-brand gift certificate in Ukraine, which can be used to pay for goods or services in partner retail chains.

Among our clients are TOP-100 companies in terms of turnover in Ukraine: Nestle, Kyivstar, Kraft Foods, etc. .

I am currently looking for a corporate sales manager with REAL results and ambitions, as well as a personal network in the TOP-100 companies in Ukraine.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:

  1. Has real results in sales with a long decision-making cycle and tenders to large international and national companies.
  2. He has a wide network in the TOP-100 companies in Ukraine and can identify ODA and arrange a meeting with a few calls to his acquaintances and former colleagues.< /li>
  3. Has a high level of self-motivation.
  4. Has the habit of using CRM for planning and maintaining contacts.
  5. Quick learner.
  6. The phone book contains at least 2000 contacts, and Linkedin - 500 contacts.
  7. Hearfeedback.
  8. Consciously follows rules and policies, not looking for a way around them.
  9. No bad habits (including IQOS, glo, disposables, vapes, etc.).< /li>

IMPORTANT: Everyone, including me, works in the office full time. No remote work or hybrid schedule.

What you will do:

  1. Find opportunities and schedule meetings with individuals , decision-makers and people with information about the tasks that the company solves with the help of our product.
  2. Prepare for meetings, identify needs/pains/opportunities, present the product, overcome possible doubts/objections and negotiate about next steps.
  3. Fix in pipedrive (CRM) the needs for relevant agreements, contact persons with positions and contact information.
  4. Plan your next steps for customers in the form of detailed tasks in CRM , work on tasks according to the deadlines set by you.
  5. Record all results and details of communication in CRM as soon as they happened, in order to use it in the future.
  6. Maintain relations with current customers.
  7. Prepare documentation for tenders.

About our hiring process
