Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for achieving policy goals in the field of health, occupational safety, industrial and transport safety of the company and implementation of corporate programs health (including MHP-Health)
• Responsible for the development of technical tasks, conducting tenders for the selection of insurance companies and analysis of insurance programs, contracts and cooperation algorithms
• Responsible for the implementation, support and quality control of the provision of services by insurance companies, clinics and corporate doctors within the framework of health programs
• Responsible for the development and implementation of digital tools for accounting, analysis and monitoring of processes related to the health of employees, and preparation of reports for key stakeholders
• Responsible for consulting HRBP, company managers and employees on issues of corporate health programs, rules of appeals and filing for reimbursement
• Responsible for implementing best practices of the insurance market and organizing interaction with insurance companies, medical institutions and laboratories
• Responsible for control budgets, tax issues, legal aspects and the preparation of communication materials regarding corporate health programs
• Responsible for organizing the transportation of critically ill employees to contract clinics, quality control of their treatment and rehabilitation
• Responsible for agreeing contracts, monitoring payment, issuing insurance policies and reminders, providing medication and forming lists of insured persons
• Responsible for coordinating field trips meetings of insurance companies, corporate doctors, special medical checks and presentations of the MHP-Health program SAP, ITSM, K2 BPM, Partners, Vchasno
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, О365, preferably BI for at least 2 years
• Experience in project management of the implementation and support of voluntary health insurance programs at enterprises (preferably with the number of insured more than 3,000 employeeswith a branched locational structure)
• Experience of preparing a quality part of the TOR for a tender for the selection of Insurance companies and analysis of the results of the quality part of tender participants (programs, exclusions, assistance, contracts)
• Experience of drawing up a TOR for the development and experience of project management for the implementation of digital tools for accounting, analysis, monitoring and control of processes related to employee health monitoring
• Experience of working with large data sets
• Knowledge of the psychology of professional communication
• Knowledge of methods of financial data analysis and budgeting for personal types of insurance and the implementation of digital HR tools
• Understanding the principles of management accounting
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of modern trends in the insurance market and Laws of Ukraine on the regulation of personal types of insurance (DMS, life insurance and health, etc.)
• Knowledge and skills in implementing best practices in the field of voluntary health insurance and life and health insurance
• Experience in presenting personal insurance programs to groups
• Knowledge of the rules for settling insurance cases
