We invite you to become part of the team in the position of manager of corporate finance and interaction with investors of the Department of Corporate Finance.

Functional responsibilities:

• development of a plan for the interaction of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" with investors and investment companies, implementation of the plan;
• building and implementation of two-way communications between JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" » and investors, investment companies, rating agencies, MFIs, banks, financial companies, state bodies;
• preparation of presentations and informational materials for investors, investment companies, rating agencies, MFIs, banks, financial companies, state bodies ;
• organization and implementation of events to inform investors about the current state of affairs and prospects of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", financial results, annual reports;
• monitoring of the investment market, reports of investment and other analysts , compiling reports and reports for the management of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" regarding the main events and trends in the investment market;
• regular updating of the "For Investors" section of the corporate website of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in the field of finance and economics;
• experience working with investment companies and investors;

• knowledge of the English language at an above-average level will be an advantage (Upper-Intermediate (B2));
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
• confident user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project, Outlook);
• understanding the basics of financial and management reporting;
• striving to expand one's knowledge, acquire skills and experience.
