What do we entrust to you?

• Development of the internal communications system
• Finding ideas for internal communications
• Conducting internal research, employee surveys: eNPS, engagement and loyalty surveys, etc.
• Development and implementation of projects aimed at creating and maintaining an attractive employer brand.
• Launch of complex creative advertising campaigns for the development of the employer brand
• Organization of corporate holidays and dates (preparation of greeting materials, organization of contests and flash mobs)

• Professional level of writing texts of various orientations
• Understanding trends and modern communication channels
• Presentation skills
• Understanding brand development and promotion tools
• Knowledge of methods of formation and support of corporate culture
