We invite to our team a Construction Manager who can take responsibility for the high-quality and timely execution of the construction of a house in the Kyiv region (KM Riviera Village)

What will be your responsibilities:

• Organization and control of construction works in accordance with approved projects and schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, technical and safety standards on the construction site.
• Participation in tenders for the selection of subcontractors.
• Reporting and communication with clients regarding the progress of the project.
• Accepting operational responsibilities for timely resolution of work issues.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of construction, architecture or related fields.
• Experience as a construction manager or similar.
• Confidential experience in managing construction processes, knowledge of modern technologies and regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize and control on site.
• Responsibility, communication, results orientation and high attention to detail.
