Manager of construction projects in VERTEX

Duties: - Management and control of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring their completion on time and within budget ;- Organization and implementation of work planning, quality control and implementation of regulations;- Management of the project team, cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers;- Solving technical and organizational issues, identifying and eliminating possible risks and problems;- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of technical standards and regulatory - legal acts; - Reporting to management and customers on the status of work and concluding agreements.
