Requirements:

• higher construction education;
• experience in project management and solving technical problems, experience in implementing a full-cycle construction project;
• ability to read technical drawings;
• confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project is an advantage;
• strong organizational and communication skills;
• attention to details, stress resistance, goal-oriented, ability to find compromise solutions in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

• complex management of a construction project from the beginning of design to commissioning. Drafting of the project budget, schedule of construction and assembly works, management of terms, cost of works;
• estimation of cost, terms and necessary resources for project implementation;
• coordination of documents necessary for the implementation of construction with controlling state bodies;
• plan-fact analysis of calendars plans - project implementation schedules;
• control and management of the project budget;
• minimization of project implementation costs;
• participation in tender purchases;
• creating applications for ordering necessary materials for implementation works;;
• work with design and estimate documentation;
• negotiations with customers, contractors and other interested parties;
• preparation of reports on the progress of the project.
