It is important for us:

• Higher construction education;
• 2 years of work experience;
• Ability to read drawings;
• Understand project documentation;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autocad, Project programs;
• Ability to work with project by a team under supervision;
• Achieving construction deadlines within the framework of the agreed budget;
• Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
• Understanding the sequence of construction works;
• Working in a team and for results, responsibility;
• Readiness for business trips (1-2 times a month).

Main duties include:

• Coordinating the actions of the project team;
• Creation and control of work schedules, if necessary, use actions to eliminate strong shifts in the schedule;

• Early planning and control of the budget of the construction project;
• Control over the acts of works performed on the objects;
• Constant communication with the customer and help in solving urgent issues;

• Control and coordination in the solution of logistical support of the project;
• Reporting on the state of affairs in the project.
