Manager of construction projects (roofing and facade direction, industrial climbing)

Duties:
1. Conducting negotiations with clients, visiting objects, cost estimation and preparation of estimate documentation, provision of commercial proposals, preparation of documentation for signing the Contract and starting work.  

2. Conducting negotiations with contractors, concluding contracts, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Coordination of the work of all project participants (contractors, subcontractors, workers).  

3. Ensuring compliance with project deadlines. Maintaining regular communication with clients, informing them about the progress of work and solving emerging issues.  

4. Acceptance of completed works, preparation of reports and acts of completed works.

Requirements:< /strong>

• Construction education in the field of construction, architecture or engineering.  

• 3 years of work experience as a construction project manager or a similar position. 

• Having your own car. 

Skills and competencies:

- Knowledge of modern construction technologies and regulatory framework.   

- Ability to work with project documentation, drawings and estimates.   

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.   

- Ability to make decisions in conditions of multitasking.
