Manager of construction facilities in Varus

We are currently looking for a manager in the management and development department to monitor the selection of construction and installation service contractors and equipment suppliers.

Functional duties:

• monitoring of the selection of contractors for construction and installation services and equipment suppliers;
• control of the terms of preparation of technical tasks and project solutions for sending requests for calculation to monitoring participants;
• support of monitoring, substantiation and defense of the position regarding the selection of contractors;
• control of the terms of signing contracts and DU according to the conducted monitoring;
• control of the terms of advances according to the conducted monitoring;
• Control of the fulfillment of contractual conditions according to the conducted monitoring.

Requirements:

• preferably a higher technical education (priority industrial and civil construction);
• economic education will be a bonus; experience in construction in managerial positions (commercial construction will be a priority);
• experience in procurement or tender department will be a bonus.
