Trial training manager (sales) in Englishdom

Since 2010, we have been creating EdTech solutions that make learning English convenient and effective. Already 70,000+ students have spoken to us in English, and our team consists of 1,200 teachers and over 150 specialists.

Now we are looking for a Manager who will hold first trial classes with students and help them choose the optimal package of classes.

Your tasks:

• Conduct the first (trial) lessons with new students;
• Determine the level of English;
• Present the course and platform;
• Sell lesson packages;
• Work in CRM.

We will be happy for you if you:

• Have a level of English B1+;
• Already worked in sales or teaching;
• You easily adapt to new things and learn quickly.

We offer:

• Schedule: 5/2, changes to choose from:9:00-17:00/10:00-18:00/12:00-20:00/13:00-21:00/14:00-22:00(days off are determined with the manager, but it is important for us to work on Saturday or Sunday, so weekdays are a priority days);
• Salary: for the trial period, the rate is 15,000 UAH. (so that you can learn and not worry about the bonus part), after the trial period the rate 10,000 UAH + bonuses for each sale (real average salary 25,000 — 35,000 UAH. per month)
