Manager of introductory lessons (not teaching) in AntiSchool Online

Hello! My name is Anastasia, I am a recruiter of one of the most popular English language schools AntiSchool. We are gaining momentum, so we are looking for ambitious and energetic managers of introductory English language classes.

AntiSchool is — We develop creative language courses that aim to get every student talking. We teach more than 10,000 students of English and other subjects at the same time.

Our ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, energetic person with experience in sales and a sufficient level of spoken English (B1). Experience may be minimal, but the desire to develop in the field of sales and quickly learn new information is important for us.

You are our candidate:

you have 6 months of experience in the field of sales;
• you are comfortable communicating in English, you know it at the level of B1 and above;
• you understand the stages of sales and can work with objections (preferred, but not mandatory);
• you want to develop in the field of sales;
• you can find a common language with people.

The tasks in this position are interesting:

• conducting trial classes on video communication on our platform. A trial lesson lasts 50 minutes;
• determining the client's English language level;
• presentation of school products;
• selling packages of individual classes;
• implementation of sales plans and achievement of company targets (conversion).

Work schedule:

• 20-40 hours per week: (the schedule is formed by the manager himself, provided he has openedat "hot hours": MonMon-Fri from 15:00 to 21:00; Sat-Sun from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
