We are currently looking for a manager of communication projects/ event manager

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the relevant field from 3 years;
• Experience in implementing communication projects, events of various scales in in offline and online formats both in Ukraine and abroad;
• Experience in drawing up budgets for events;
• Experience in conducting negotiations and selecting contractors;
• Experience in concluding contracts and project document management;
• Experience in preparing presentations;
• English language level Andntermediate;
• Attention to details, independence, organizational skills, good communication skills.

 Main duties:

• Project life cycle management (planning, budget preparation, preparation of necessary documentation (contracts, signing acts, payments, etc., implementation) project);
• Organization and holding of events in offline and online formats both in Ukraine and abroad;
• Elaboration of the event budget;
• Selection of contractors for the implementation of events;
• Conducting negotiations with contractors and partners;
• Preparation and conclusion of contracts, monitoring of payments, signing of acts of completed works, management of project documentation,
