Responsibilities:
Customer support: Work with requests in Telegram, mail and phone. We value speed and courtesy.
Coordination: You will assign tasks to our lawyers, accountants and IT department, controlling their execution.
Time and quality control: Your task is to ensure that the client receives the result on time. If there is a delay - you are the one who will professionally resolve this issue.
Analytics and CRM: Monitoring of customer balances (deposits) and control of the amount of work performed according to reports.
Preemptive work: Analysis of customer behavior to prevent their outflow and offer new services that may be of use to them useful.
Loyalty: Greeting customers with holidays and informing about important changes in legislation or promotions.
