We are looking for a Customer Support Manager
If you are a responsible, proactive and detail-oriented specialist who knows how to build trusting relationships with clients, is results-oriented and has experience in customer service - we are waiting for you!

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in the field of economics).
  • Work experience in the field of customer service.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
  • Communication, ability to maintain dialogue.
  • Willingness to quickly learn new things.
  • Knowledge of the basics of accounting, taxes and banking is desirable.
  • Computer skills at the level user.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support: Work with requests in Telegram, mail and phone. We value speed and courtesy.

  • Coordination: You will assign tasks to our lawyers, accountants and IT department, controlling their execution.

  • Time and quality control: Your task is to ensure that the client receives the result on time. If there is a delay - you are the one who will professionally resolve this issue.

  • Analytics and CRM: Monitoring of customer balances (deposits) and control of the amount of work performed according to reports.

  • Preemptive work: Analysis of customer behavior to prevent their outflow and offer new services that may be of use to them useful.

  • Loyalty: Greeting customers with holidays and informing about important changes in legislation or promotions.
