Manager of client service and graphic support in Gold&Wood

We are a small production of furniture handles and decorative products with our own design, which is actively developing a new direction. Orders are already regular and gradually growing, while the work has a comfortable rhythm (requests are received daily or once every few days), which gives the opportunity to grow together with the project.

Main duties:

• Communication with customers on marketplaces (Etsy, Prom.ua, Rozetka, etc.)
• Creating and providing invoices for payments
• Preparation and adjusting layouts in CorelDRAW, Photoshop or AutoCAD to agree individual orders (simple drawings + photos, furniture handles, etc.) contractors
• Executing management assignments

Requirements:

• Acumen, responsiveness and action, willingness to learn and develop.
• Basic knowledge of the English language (to check and edit AI-generated texts, with an understanding of context and courtesy)
• Proficiency, or the ability and willingness to quickly learn surface skills and CorelDRAW operations and/or AutoCAD
• Experience with marketplaces preferred
• Understanding of manufacturing processes or working with custom orders

Working conditions:

• Full time: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
• Must be present in production to track order fulfillment

Salary:

• Rate + bonus based on the number of processed orders
• At the start: from 12,000 UAH
• Average income after adaptation: 15,000 — 20,000 UAH
• Possible income: up to 20,000 — 25,000 UAH (depending on the results)
