Your main responsibilities will be:
- Project development: new assortment, packaging, design in the store halls, services, tactical marketing communications, national advertising campaigns, events, recipes, tastings, communities, development in electronic form, participation in festivals and fairs, etc.
- Planning, organizing and launching a set of marketing communications to promote the project aimed at increasing indicators: NPS, category share, check penetration categories, winnings, new traffic, purchase frequency, average check.
- Search and implementation of new ideas for development of the project, creation of new wow projects, planning of the annual communication calendar, budgeting, performance analysis.
- Creation of creative content for marketing communications to promote the project.
- Development of concepts for all project communications. Development and implementation of the internal and external communications plan by category. Coordination of communications on the project.
- Setting tasks and coordinating the work of creative agencies and freelancers
- Regular in-depth analysis of marketing research and NPS by category, development of an action plan based on the results. Order of new marketing research by categories.
- Initiation and coordination of new product development together with categories according to the project theme.
- Creative design in stores according to the project theme
- Fin. stock model, time list, budgeting, check analytics, category and marketing communications effectiveness analysis.
For work you will need:
- Experience in food or HORECA will be an advantage.
- Experience in launching national promotions, large VAU projects, developing a communications plan and launching national advertising campaigns to promote projects. Knowledge of the market and the main players in retail.
- The ability to organize yourself and the project team, the skills of coordinating the work of various company services, contractors, agencies, freelancers, the ability to create Briefs, set clear tasks, organize the timely completion of tasks within the planned time list and budget.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills, experience in managing category development or marketing projects.
- Ability to assign tasks to designers and evaluate creative materials in accordance with the goals and tasks.
- Proactivity, initiative, independence, organizationalness, discipline.
- Project management and budgeting skills, financial literacy
