Qualifications and experience.

• Higher education
• Work experience - from 3 years in the banking sector
• Knowledge - legislative acts that regulate banking activity, regulatory acts of the NBU; methods of operational risk analysis and assessment accepted in Ukrainian and international practice
• General understanding of internal banking processes
• MS Office package at a good level + presentation preparation skills
• Understanding of measures controls related to operational risks
• Analytical and management skills
• Ability to implement new solutions and approaches

Your Role:

• Identification and assessment of operational risks in the development and implementation of new business processes, bank projects, change/optimization of existing business processes before their implementation
• Analysis and assessment of design controls of new automated business processes during the introduction of innovative technologies
• Formation of proposals to minimize the risks of automated business processes
• Participation in the development of the design of new products, services and services for the Bank's clients
• Expert participation in the working teams of the Bank's strategic projects.
