Your key tasks:

  • Creation and development of spatial change concepts in accordance with corporate culture strategy;
  • Development of ideas for the integration of art objects into architecture;
  • li>
  • Planning, organization and management of projects from the initial stage to final implementation;
  • Coordination of the work of the team, supervision of the process of creating art objects and other architectural changes that correspond to the given concept;

  • Cooperation with contractors and other involved parties;
  • Interaction with other departments of the company to take into account their needs and wishes in the process of creating and implementing projects.

You will need them at work:

  • Experience in project management: ability to effectively plan, organize and implement projects from start to finish;
  • Ability to work in programs for interior and exterior design (AutoCAD , SketchUp) will be an advantage;
  • Ability to develop concepts of spatial changes that correspond to the corporate culture of the company;
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode, high level of self-organization, attention to details;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility and quick response to changes, oriefocus on the result.
