Tasks and responsibilitiesCommunication with representatives of specialized departments of the city and community in order to identify relevant issues. Review of project applications and communication with organizations -applicants. Development of frameworks for infrastructure and engineering solutions for the city. Review and approval of design and estimate documentation. Technical management of project works. Verification of compliance with regulations. Interaction with contractors. Monitoring of project implementation. Expert consultations on technical aspects of the project. Preparation of project reports and documentation .Supporting the implementation of the program as a whole. Representing the IRS at events and meetings. Requirements: You are a smart strategic engineer who understands the structure of the city in its engineering, constructive, communal sphere. You know how to structure the documents provided by contractors and applicant organizations, give them professionalism and reality in accordance with the current legislation. You find interesting solutions to get out of regulatory limitations. evaluation of technical solutions. You have knowledge and experience in technical supervision, quality control. Good knowledge of state and municipal regulatory bodies in the construction sector, their duties and functioning. Experience in construction project management or project management in general is an advantage.
