Manager of apartment repair projects in INTERGAL-BUD, TOV

The national investment and construction company Intergal-Bud, which is one of the TOP-1 most reliable developers of Ukraine, in connection with the active development and expansion of the state, invites cooperation Manager of apartment renovation projects (decorating works in new apartments)

Our successful candidate:

• Has a full university degree (construction, preferably PCB);
• Experience as a project manager/project administrator in the decoration of apartments and commercial premises - from 2 years;
• Knows the legal framework in repair and reconstruction works, work technology and building regulations;
• Knows the stages of a construction project for interior decoration (from the design project to the transfer of the apartment to the investor);
• Has experience in interaction with subcontracting organizations that specialize in finishing works and installation of internal engineering systems.

Main tasks:

• Organization of the work of subordinates and associates of the customer service and subcontractors (from the creation of the working documentation of the design project to the transfer of the renovated apartment to the owner);
• Planning and control of the implementation of project and construction works (development of project implementation schedules and control of their compliance);
• Preparation and collection of everything necessary for the construction of the object documentation;
• Interaction with contracting organizations, in particular subcontractors for the decoration and installation of internal engineering systems.
