We invite you to become part of the Internews-Ukraine NGO team.
WHAT TO DO:
Perform full project management cycle: operational planning and administration of activities, preparation of reports, tracking and evaluation of results.
Organize project work and distribute tasks within projects.
Control compliance with internal organizational requirements for product accounting and reporting on project implementation results.
Ensure and coordinate the work of preparing reports for donors/clients.
Prepare operating budgets and operating expense reports (in collaboration with financial specialists and direct supervisor).
Be involved in the formation of SMM strategies within the framework of project implementation (in cooperation with communication experts and the direct manager).

Have a full university degree in journalism, political science, international relations or a related field.
You are fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
You have at least 2 years of managerial experience in turnkey project management.
You know the basics of office management and are able to organize/improve its processes.
You have experience in the field of information threat analysis, countering disinformation and working with international clients/partners.
You understand the Russian media culture, political processes and features of hybrid warfare.
Aware of issues of international relations, domestic and foreign policy of Ukraine.
You have a high sense of responsibility and are able to work on tasks within a limited time frame.
Sociable and easily find a common language with people.
Excellent command of office programs and digital tools (Google Docs, Ms Excel, task managers, Zoom, etc.).
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience in the public sector will be an advantage.
