What we expect from you: 1+ years of experience in telephone sales; confident PC user; experience in 1C ; knowledge of the basic business processes of an online store; the ability to learn quickly; high communication skills; competent spoken and written Ukrainian; the ability to resolve conflict situations; the ability to fill the site with information What needs to be done: receiving incoming applications (call, letter, message, etc.) from the site companies and Prom.ua; consulting clients about the product; placing orders in 1C; control of payment in 1C; work with objections; monitoring of application channels (site, marketplace, messengers, etc.); control of adding goods to the online store, attaching photos and videos; entering information about promotions into the online store; setting up the store on Prom.ua; work with customer reviews.
