Manager of advertising designs in EKO-Market

We are ECO Market - a national chain of supermarkets that has been operating in Ukraine stable since 2002. Our network includes more than 80 stores and 2,500 employees throughout Ukraine. The stores are located in 10 cities of the country. Our network includes food and non-food essentials, and we also have our own production - cooking and baking! Some stores even have confectionery shops! Our suppliers are the leading manufacturers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

Due to the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a specialist in the development and support of trading platforms / manager of advertising structures

What you will do:

• Formation of technical tasks for contractors.
• Processing requests for maintenance from stores and quick response to the detected problem, its elimination with the help of a correctly set task for the advertising contract.
• The complete process of rebranding the store. 
• Complete process of communication with counterparties at all stages of rebranding and renewal of stores.
• Quality control of signed contracts and specifications in all responsible departments of the company.
• Clear communication with all adjacent departments of the company (security department, financial department, technical department, etc.)
• Complete dismantling of advertising elements before closing of the store
• Protecting the prepared information at the tender committee and identifying the most effective contractor
• Budget planning for the work on updating the network markets for the next quarter, month

Requirements:

A confident user of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Working with 1C.

Basic work skills with graphic editors: Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw

Desirable experience in branding premises, points of sale; organization of repairs/installations of advertising structures; working with advertising materials and TRO.

Experience of working with contractors: search, communication, control of work execution.

Willingness to travel (if necessary).
 Ability to coordinate contractors and monitor the execution of work at facilities.
 Ability to organize work in a hybrid or remote format.
 Adherence to branding standards networks.
 

It will be an advantage: 
  • Experience in preparing documents for obtaining permits for facade advertising.
  • Practical experience in branding new premises or opening sales points/centers.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of working with programs for photo reports (for example, Effie Gallery).
  • Experience in participating in motivational programs and boosting them results.
