Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience of working with HR documents or on the experience of a HR manager of 1 year or more;
- Higher education. Confidently uses MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook programs;
- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
- High level of communication, tact, ability to resolve conflict situations;
- Organizational abilities;
- Creativity and desire to develop;
- Ability to learn quickly, ability and desire to hear the assigned task from the first time;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode. Attention and punctuality;
- Positive outlook on life.
Your main duties will be:
- Assistance to the manager in matters of personnel search (active personnel search is not expected). Cooperation with educational institutions and organization of events for students and graduates.
- Participation in interviews.
- Supporting the process of hiring/dismissing employees, receiving documents, creating draft orders and signing orders with employees.
- Developing/updating job instructions together with heads of structural divisions.
- >Supporting the process of adaptation and training of interns. Organization of the workplace for new employees.
- Care about the appearance of the office. Development and implementation of ideas for improving the interior of the company's offices.
- Initiation of activities and measures to strengthen, develop and corporate culture support.
