Who is our ideal candidate: Confident user of Telegram, Zoom, and of the Google document package (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Disk, etc.). Prints quickly and knows how to quickly understand technical points. Responsible and ready to show results. Likes to develop and improve your skills. You enjoy doing good deeds, helping others. You know that such a good service and you can provide it. What will be included in the duties: Accompanying the student from the first day of study to obtaining the required level Providing the necessary information to students, solving any organizational and technical issues, regular feedback collection from students Working with objections, resolving conflict situations, increasing student loyalty Monitoring the student's use of training components, caring for the student and his results Promptly transfer important information from the student to another team member Enter data into Google Sheets, work in CRM Repeat sales, upsell, sale of additional services at the student's request What we offer: Remote work.
