The ideal candidate for us:

• You have experience as a manager (curator) of retail outlets (preferably with food products)
• experience in personnel management
• You have your own car

Your main tasks:

• Organize the work of authorized stores.
• Execute the sales plan and implement measures to increase them
• Monitor financial disciplines at TT (7 stores)
• Monitor compliance with customer service standards
• Recruitment, motivation and training of personnel
