This role will make recommendations on marketing spend to drive the marketing strategies, achieve sales, and acquire new customers. They will develop comprehensive media plans for online video, display, programmatic, native, and select CTV advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels. In addition, you will be responsible for the success of the affiliate media channel and manage the relationship with the affiliate media agency and key affiliate publishers. The Marketing Planning Manager will serve as the dedicated point of contact for alignment, communication, and escalation to improve operation scalability across digital media channels to support overall company goals. They will support strategic, operational, and financial planning activities to ensure decisions are in line with company goals and strategies.Job FunctionsPlan and actively manage the digital marketing budget for given areas of responsibilityReport regularly on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to the merchant and marketing teams to drive and deliver improved results, set goals and monitor performanceUtilize digital media tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data, and produce meaningful reports that inform future strategiesCoordinate with media vendors and partners to negotiate media buys, manage budgets , and ensure high quality placements.Present strategic media plans and performance insights to senior management and key stakeholdersManage deadlines and workflow (calendars, budgets, meetings) while prioritizing tasks based on client deadlines and requests while maintaining quality and consistency of deliverablesStrategize, plan, and execute affiliate media campaigns to meet marketing goals including tracking and analyzing performance daily, monthly spend budgets, and forecasting the business to ensure top conversion ratesBuild and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, finance, and analyticsPosition Contribution Level : IntermediateMinimum Education & Experience:BA or BS degree in Marketing or Business5 to 8 years of retail digital marketing experienceAdditional experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Planning, Field, or agency work a plusPreferred Education & Experience:MBA preferredDepartment store or big box retailer with fashion and promotional driven environmentKnowledge & SkillsFollows digital media and technology advancements to continuously improve planning methodologies and campaign innovationGood business instincts supported by superior analytical, administrative, and communicationAbility to identify growth opportunities, convince others to follow lead, manage execution and objectively report on resultExcellent communication skills including business writing, deliverable decks, communicating strategies, presentation verbals, and visual storytellingProven self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and urgencyStrong analytical skills with Excel and other MS Office suite, managing data, reporting#IND3 Show more Show less Position level Middle manager Employment type Full-time Job responsibilities Marketing and Sales Industries Retail trade
