As Head of ERS, you will be responsible for the management, organization and development of our agency.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in managing a recruitment agency or a recruitment department in a recruitment agency.
• Ability to acquire new clients/projects.
• Ability to conduct 360 recruitment and knowledge of direct search methods.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and develop the team, leading it to achieve set goals.
• Willingness to create new services and areas of development for the agency, along with the ability to anticipate and adapt to market changes.
• I have excellent skillsinterpersonal skills in contacts with clients, candidates and internal team members.
• Knowledge of labor law and experience in concluding agency contracts.
• Knowledge of English at C1 level - enabling free communication with foreign clients.
