    Main tasks:

    • Developing and conducting facilitation and strategy sessions for internal teams upon request;
    • Development and implementation of training programs (development of leadership and management competencies, change management and i.e.)
    • Facilitation training for managers, project managers and project teams;
    • Participation in the development of comprehensive training programs for various target audiences in the company;
    • Updating, updating and improving internal training programs to increase training efficiency;
    • Individual consulting of managers and coaching;

    Our expectations:

    • Higher (economics, management, pedagogy, etc.) education;
    • Knowledge of conflict mediation, project management;
    • Teaching facilitation methods.
    • Business trainer certification.
    • Training in the field of organizational coaching.
    • Education in the field of strategic planning and strategy development.
    • At least 5 years of experience in conducting strategic sessions for the top management level.
    • Experience in supporting changes in organizations.
    • Availability of management experience of at least 5 years.
    • Proficiency in English not below the Intermediate level
