Your key tasks:
- Participation in the development and change of work standards and instructions of LEAN methodologies;
- Consulting employees on basic issues of LEAN (ASAICHI, KaizeN, 5S);
- Processing proposals for improvement from company employees - working with the register, entering data into reporting tables;
- Participation in team meetings and tasks of the LEAN department;
- Preparation of reports on the results of work and daily filling of tables on the main processes;
- Execution of mentor assignments and tasks, according to the adaptation letter;
- Analysis of processes divisions, in order to identify and further eliminate losses;
- Conducting quality audits of the use of basic LEAN tools;
- Writing and publishing posts in corporate chats about changes, updates, successful cases.
We will be great to work together if you:
- Able to work with data, tables, diagrams;
- Experience in keeping documentation - creating reports, instructions;
- A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint and others;
- Understand the principles of LEAN (it will be an advantage, but not necessary);
- Have the skills to conduct training or presentations;
- Communicative, able to explain changes to the team;
- Self-organized - able to manage several tasks at the same time, plan your work and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, proactive in finding opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for results - ready not only to initiate changes, but also to monitor their implementation and bring them to completion end;
- Flexible, ready to adapt to changes;
- You have the ability to take a structured approach to analysis, implementation of changes and tracking their effectiveness.
