The online store Avtoradosti.com.ua is looking for a showroom manager. Who are we looking for in the team? We are looking for a colleague who knows how to listen and understand the client, is ready to learn new things and improve. Has a competent pronunciation, and characteristic sense of humor and tact. And also takes a responsible attitude to the performance of his work. Knowledge of cars, car parts/accessories is welcome, as well as experience in customer support call centers will be a plus. What will you do? Issuing orders to customers, advising and helping with product selection; Accepting the movement of goods , maintain order in the store window; Handle incoming calls and orders from our customers, and take weekends to coordinate all details. Inform about the terms of the order, its payment and delivery; Communicate with customers via viber/e-mail/telegram. What we offer: Variable work schedule 5/2 Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sat from 10:00 a.m. — 17:00; 21 days of paid vacation and sick leave; For the period of study, the rate is UAH 15,000.
