Hiring process:

There are two stages of the interview — familiarization and training.

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

< span>•registration of driver-partners

•informational support of driver-partners (messengers, by phone)

• consulting driver-partners regarding the success of cooperation

•controlling the quality of service provided by the driver-partner

•transmitting information from drivers- partners in adjacent departments

•cooperation with car fleets

• analysis of the local market of passenger transportation, namely tariffs, car classes, quality of service span>

•participation in optimization and improvement of internal processes

Challenges for 3 months:

• oget to know the company's product, processes and standards

< span>• master all the tools used by the department

• freely navigate the processes at each stage of your work

To achieve results, you will need:

•the ability to understand cars: brands/models, understanding the car at a basic level, navigate by car classes

•confident PC user

•skills use of messengers

•willingness to work with a large amount of information: the ability to search the internal database

•free communication in Ukrainian

How do you regulate your working hours?

• < span>classic five-day work week

• the first 3 months are office work, after 3 months you can switch to a hybrid work format >
