Functional:

• Compilation and preparation of a package of documents for obtaining town planning conditions and restrictions, assignment of addresses, registration of property rights
• Preparation, approval and support of contracts for general contracting, for expert services, consulting services, copyright and technical supervision, etc.
• Preparation of orders
• Control of the availability of executive documentation
• Support of examination of project documentation
• Work with the unified state register of construction activities< /li> record of acts of completed works

Wishes for the experience of the candidate:

• Higher education
• Similar work experience from 3 years
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts regulating the construction activity of Ukraine, design activity
• Understanding the procedures and requirements for obtaining permit documentation and licenses
• Skills conducting negotiations and interaction with supervisory bodies and local self-government bodies
• Possession of analytical work skills, ability to work with large volumes of information
• Understanding the compliance assessment procedure
• Experience work with electronic document management systems
