Minimum requirements for the candidate: • higher education; • developed organizational and executive skills; • experience in public organizations; • experience in project activities; • excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail); • fluency in the Ukrainian language, preferably knowledge of a foreign language; experience in communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy; • ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation; • ability to learn quickly, attentiveness; • ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure; • compliance with the fundamental principles of the Red Cross; • compliance with the principle of information confidentiality. Main duties: Planning and organization of humanitarian aid to the population. Coordination with warehouse staff to plan the aid distribution process. Participation in the preparation of appropriate reporting, documentation; Providing combined office administrative services; Participating in the development and conducting of comprehensive assessments that determine the appropriate resources available to meet these needs. Maintaining the capacity building of TCHHU volunteers in the relief zone and establishing working relationships. Providing other logistical support for team transportation and humanitarian aid to the place of distribution. Participation and preparation for trainings. Performance of other tasks at the discretion of the management.
