We are looking for not just a fundraiser, but a person who is ready to take on the development of the charity fund's fundraising direction: build a system, processes and team.
Requirements:
- Fundraising experience in anNGO or charity fund.
- Understanding of systemic fundraising (not just one-time meetings).
- Knowledge of grant processes, donor logic, partnership models.
- Experience or willingness to manage a team of volunteers.
- Self-organization, responsibility, empathy and ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Building and systematization of the fundraising direction of the fund.
- Implementation of fundraising strategy and its development.
- Coordination and mentoring of volunteers of the fundraising department.
- Working with funding sources: grants, corporate partners, private donors.
- Cooperation with the foundation management regarding priorities, projects and financial needs.
Working conditions:
