Job description

The company is successfully developing on the Ukrainian market. Our specialization is the production, supply and service of LED products (LED screens, media facades, LED signs, running lines and other informational LED products).

Location: Kyiv

Work schedule:Full time (9:00-18:00)

Requirements:

• Experience in the production or technical field (installation, service maintenance).
• Understanding the principles of operation of LED screens, electronics and installation (will be an advantage).
• Ability to manage a team, organize and supervise processes.
• Readiness for business trips around the city/region.
• Responsibility, initiative, technical thinking.
• Experience in product assembly and commissioning (adjustment, testing, diagnostics).

Responsibilities:

Coordination and control of the production process:

• Organization and coordination of warranty and post-warranty service.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting, management of service requests.
• Visits to facilities for screen repair and adjustment.
• Customer consultation on maintenance.

Organization and management of installation work:

• Planning and coordination of installation work.
• Visit to objects to monitor the installation process.
• Providing technical assistance to installers.
• Organization of acceptance of work by the customer.
