Our candidate: has 2 years of experience in the field of customer service ;fluent in the Ukrainian language (oral and written); confident PC user; able to work with large amounts of information and ready to constantly improve the professional level; has good communication skills; has work experience in a similar field (will be an advantage). Your responsibilities will be :maintain and develop the loyalty level of VIP clients;provide qualified advice on the technical and financial part of products using communication channels: online chat, phone and e-mail;maintain a client base;introduce users to the company's products, their features, current promotions and offers; make direct sales using incoming/outgoing chats and calls.
