Functional tasks: development and maintenance of stable partnership relations with clients; telephone negotiations and training meetings with your client portfolio; analysis of customers' wishes and needs to improve the service. cross-selling; attraction of new key customers from a warm customer base (sales is not the main task); Our expectations: fluency in the Ukrainian language; service and customer orientation; the ability to present information competently and in a structured manner; experience in conducting negotiations and conducting presentations; the ability to work with large volumes of information; experience in working with corporate clients will be an advantage.
