What you will need to do: Build long-term friendly relations with customers; Maintain a base of regular customers, provide them with qualified consulting assistance using various communication channels (outbound calls, messengers); Inform customers about current events\promotions on the site; Help solve customer problems, record and transfer requests to technical departments; Be emotionally stable, friendly and tactful, able to navigate quickly in difficult and unexpected situations. What is necessary for the job: Previous positive experience in communicating with customers (face-to-face or in a telephone format); Openness, sincerity, attentiveness and a creative approach to clients is a must have; We work in the office, the schedule is Mon-Fri (the time can be chosen: 09:00-18:00; 10:00-19:00).
