Manager for work with regular customers in King Grup

Hello! I'm Nastya, head of customer service at King Group. And now I am looking for a Manager for work with regular customers to join my team.

This role is special for me. I joined the company when our department was just being born. There were only four of us, and we built everything from scratch — processes, approach to customers, team culture. Today, an entire direction is under my leadership, and next to me are the same colleagues who started with me and rose to leadership positions. What will you do:

• Get to know our customers and maintain contact.
• Provide qualified consulting assistance to our regular customers in various communication channels (outbound calls, messengers);
• Inform clients about current events in the project.

What is needed for this:

• Positive experience of communicating with clients;
• Openness and sincerity, the ability to be attentive to others.
• Good command of the Ukrainian language.
