• service and consulting of existing customers of the premium segment;
• complex sale of banking products (payment cards, deposits, transfers, etc.);
• support a portfolio of premium clients;
• attracting new clients to the service department.

This position requires:

• higher education;
• experience of working in the banking system with physical clients from the 1st year;
• knowledge of the spectrum of banking products and services;
• knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the direction of organization and control of the work of branches, RKO, currency regulation and control, lending, the procedure for processing bank transactions in the branch;
• communicativeness, ambition, purposefulness, stress resistance.
