Partner manager in Ringostat

We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager in the team!

Your skills:

1. Responsible and disciplined. It is difficult for you to remember a situation when you promised something and did not fulfill it, and if there was such a case, it was a wild force majeure. You like to learn, you know how to search for information.
2. You are empathetic, know how to actively listen and easily start a conversation with strangers.
3. You know how to work in a team. It is important for us that you are motivated by the result of the whole team, not just your own.
4. You are able to make quick decisions, independent and proactive.
5. Able to formulate your thoughts qualitatively and negotiate.
6. You don't have "fires" - crisis situations caused by missed deadlines.

Not a requirement for the position, but it would be an advantage if you have:

1. Experience in developing a partner base, business or B2B sales.
2. Experience in sales / development of CRM services or telephony services.
3. Experience of working in CRM systems.

The team is waiting for you:

1. Establishment, maintenance and development of long-term relationships with partners - negotiations and presentations.
2. Interaction with partner employees involved in the sale of Ringostat services, trainings for the partner team.
3. Implementation planned indicators by the number of leads from partners.
4. Reporting on the performance of each partner.
5. Participation in conferences, exhibitions, specialized profile events, as needed.

1. Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that, in addition to the fixed market rate, you still have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
2. Fully flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and finish from 5:00 p.m. until 19:00.
3. The possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are self-contained in the event of a power outage.
