Responsibilities:

Management of partner relations and their coordination: Search, evaluate and onboard partners.  

  • Coordinate the development of coherent approaches to the management of national partners throughout the program implementation cycle. 

  • Provide support and participate in meetings regarding the implementation of partner projects (Partner Project Cycle Meetings), coordinated by project and program managers; ensure compliance with quality standards of partnership relations and follow-up actions. 

  • Ensure effective execution of partnership agreements in accordance with organizational standards. 

  • Maintain documentation, reporting and ensure readiness for audit within the partnership. 

  • Ensure archiving of relevant documentation in organizational systems. 

  • ensure annual progress monitoring and reporting through the Localization Performance Evaluation Framework (LPMF). 

  • Review and adapt the WHH partnership strategy. 

  • Contribute to the development, analysis and promotion of strategic partnerships. Contribute to the processes of analysis, training and continuous improvement within the framework of partnership relations. 

  • Contribute to the implementation of the principles of equal partnership and leadership of partners. 

  • Conduct the Annual Partnership Summit.

  • Scontribute to the development and implementation of plans for the exchange of potential between partners that contribute to organizational development and go beyond project results. 

  • Coordinate the interaction and activity planning process of all WHH departments to implement capacity building plans. 

  •  Ensure the functioning of partnership tracking systems and tools, including the Localization and Capability Exchange (LOCAS) database.

  • Represent WHH at coordination forums, working groups and partner networks as needed. 

  • Contribute to increase the level of visibility and involve national partners in coordination platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working with NGOs, civil society organizations or national partners. 

    • Excellent coordination, communication and relationship building skills. 

    • Understanding the principles of project cycle management and the need to comply with donor requirements. 

    • Understanding the principles of functioning of coordination platforms and the architecture of humanitarian processes. 

    • Knowledge of the Grand Bargain platform and commitment to localization processes. 

    • Experience in organizing trainings, seminars or capacity-building eventsLu 

    • Intercultural communication skills; teamwork and social skills. 

    • Fluency in English to ensure interaction with colleagues and external partners.
