Responsibilities:
Management of partner relations and their coordination: Search, evaluate and onboard partners.
Coordinate the development of coherent approaches to the management of national partners throughout the program implementation cycle.
Provide support and participate in meetings regarding the implementation of partner projects (Partner Project Cycle Meetings), coordinated by project and program managers; ensure compliance with quality standards of partnership relations and follow-up actions.
Ensure effective execution of partnership agreements in accordance with organizational standards.
Maintain documentation, reporting and ensure readiness for audit within the partnership.
Ensure archiving of relevant documentation in organizational systems.
Review and adapt the WHH partnership strategy.
Contribute to the development, analysis and promotion of strategic partnerships. Contribute to the processes of analysis, training and continuous improvement within the framework of partnership relations.
Contribute to the implementation of the principles of equal partnership and leadership of partners.
Conduct the Annual Partnership Summit.
Scontribute to the development and implementation of plans for the exchange of potential between partners that contribute to organizational development and go beyond project results.
Coordinate the interaction and activity planning process of all WHH departments to implement capacity building plans.
Represent WHH at coordination forums, working groups and partner networks as needed.
Contribute to increase the level of visibility and involve national partners in coordination platforms.
Requirements:
Experience working with NGOs, civil society organizations or national partners.
Excellent coordination, communication and relationship building skills.
Understanding the principles of project cycle management and the need to comply with donor requirements.
Understanding the principles of functioning of coordination platforms and the architecture of humanitarian processes.
Knowledge of the Grand Bargain platform and commitment to localization processes.
Experience in organizing trainings, seminars or capacity-building eventsLu
Intercultural communication skills; teamwork and social skills.
Fluency in English to ensure interaction with colleagues and external partners.
