Manager for work with key partners in "TICKETS.UA" LLC

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language - fluent spoken and written (the main requirement, as the main job is negotiations with partners, mainly English-speaking).
• Experience in the passenger air sales industry is a must.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience negotiating and managing high volume and high value contracts.
• Ability to travel abroad on a business trip (for those in Ukraine).
• Ability to work in virtual teams.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Flexibility and ability to cope with stress.
• Fluent use of Microsoft Office programs (World, Excel, PowerPoint.).
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Search for partners with subsequent signing of contracts.
• Analysis of market and customer requirements in regions located in the area of ​​responsibility and initiation of further development of the Company's business model based on these requirements.
• Managing the processes of continuous improvement of the assigned client portfolio.
• Communication with current partners on operational, commercial, technical issues. Acting as a link between the partner and the operational, financial, IT group, and other divisions of the Company.
• Control of compliance with contractual terms with partners.
• Control and analysis of key performance indicators .
