Obov'ties:

• meeting candidates who have arrived in Ukraine for employment at the Airline/accompanying current employees;
• administrative support of the Airline's foreign staff: preparation of orders, calculations for financial support, obtaining notarized copies of the foreigner's document etc.;
• visa support;
• ensuring the conditions of legal stay of foreign personnel in Ukraine (issuance of insurance policies, temporary residence permits, control of the validity of employment permits);
• oral and written translation of documents;
• accompanying the activities of foreign employees before/after leaving for a business trip;
• possible business trips across Ukraine and abroad.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience in an international environment will be an advantage;
• attention to details, responsible attitude to documents, stress resistance, the ability to master a large amount of information;
• a high level of English language proficiency (verified by the IELTS test at the selection stage, the result is not lower than 6.5 Academic)
