Tasks and responsibilities:

• Interacting with vendors, solving urgent issues (certification, access problems, questionnaires, security, additional agreements, rebates, updating information, etc. .d.);
• Informing the company's specialists about changes in the procedure and rules for obtaining/passing training for the purpose of certification;
• Participation in the organization and provision of retraining, confirmation or renewal of certification of the company's full-time specialists;
• Control of corporate mail;
• Project registration;
• Preparation of commercial proposals, authorization, certification, training, authorization letters;
• Participation in establishing partnerships with new vendors.

Requirements:

• Full higher education (preferably technical);
• Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Ability to conduct business correspondence.

• Ability to make independent decisions, initiative;
• Ability to analyze and plan;
• Customer orientation.
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
