We are looking for customer manager with knowledge of Polish and Ukrainian languages. You will be part of a strong team working in the Healthcare industry. Our goal is to provide quality customer service, help resolve any difficulties they may have.
Requirements:
Fluency in the Polish language (written and spoken)
Fluency in the Ukrainian language
1+ years of experience working with clients, preferably in the medical field
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to solve complex situations and focus on the client's needs
Resistance to stress and the ability to get out of difficult situations
Duties:
Working with customers (phone, chat and email)
Ensuring the best quality of service
Work closely with the customer service team
Working with the CRM system
Working shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Ukrainian time)
